Just visited your blog. . .thanks for link. Extremely funny - and enlightening. LOL on this excerpt:

"Years ago after a dinner party at my house, I was horrified when I went into the bathroom. Toilet paper was strewn everywhere, the toilet was was on the verge of overflowing, the floor was all wet and there were footprints on the toilet seat. It was a nightmare I will never forget."

When Cheryl Crowe was hyping - as are many 'greenies' - the one-sheet-per-person toilet paper approach; I could only wonder if she/they would not want exceptions. . .say to 'food handlers' - which actually, means 'all of us'; of course. . .but wondered where does Cheyrl dine. . .her favorite night spots. . .are these one-piece-per' people going to take care of her food and drink? How about her neighbors and it is cook-out party-time. One sheet per person? What are these people thinking? Or, rather NOT thinking. . .What next here. . .the one-hand only custom would be then called into play?

Now; upon reading your blog; am wondering; do Muslim 'food handlers' here. . .working in dining establishments, use toilet paper? If not. . .should they not be working elsewhere; and not handling the public's food? Or is that Left-handers need not apply. . .?

Anyway; more than I want to think about perhaps; but it had crossed my mind. . .and your blog reminded me. .

No muslim food handlers do not as a rule use toilet paper. They use water and their left hand and fingers.

Stay away from the ones with long or uncut fingernails.

I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

It is bad really bad. Im sure many who have lived in a Muslim country can relate to that story though.

I found out later who did that to my bathroom and I just had to bite my tongue. The reprobate had climbed up on top of the toilet flung down his pants and dropped a bomb and then sprayed water and crap all over the bathroom. it was the most disgusting thing you have ever seen.

Over here we call it at times a third world country with first world facilities. The guy looked okay, he just didn't know how to use a toilet.

I've caught a lot of flack from many Americans visiting the region for a few days staying a five star hotel and going home thinking there is not difference between us and them.
