That's hard to say, recent indicators suggest that the only thing getting dispatched is Comrade Chia Pet's frozen 25 million dollars back to Pyongyang.
North Korea is run by a tyranny that is every bit as inhuman and barbaric as Nazi Germany. Concentration camps, the gassing of prisoners in bio-chemical warfare experiments, starvation of the population at the expense of the military, the list goes on and on.
If the United States had compromised it's principles in this way back in the early 1940's, Hitler would probably have retired with a comfortable pension, Germany would have been able to achieve a 'cease fire' instead of being forced to surrender, and the German people would be living under the yoke of barbaric Nazism to this very day.
