So what do moose steaks taste like? I ate a steak from a bear shot in the Rocky Mountains. Those are big too. Good meat with a hint of nuts and berries.

I hope you know the danger of domesticating wild animals. They will get used to walking around the street like they own the place. Just like cats.

A very good looking dog, a tan California coyote passed me by every morning where I worked on a high hill. Our only interaction was being a few feet apart sometimes. If I pet it or fed it food, I would be in jail.

As I understand it, the moose being milked was rescued as a calf after being abandoned by its mother. But that's their look-out in Russia, not mine.
