I’ll take that bet, even though you didn’t bet; you guaranteed it. I don’t think the State really wants to take on the Catholic Church on this issue. After all, its the State thats always screaming about separation of church and state, so we’ll see how far they want to go down this road.
Don't make the mistake of thinking that what might be true in Alaska is true in Massachusetts.You've gotta trust me when I tell you that Massachusetts is different...*much* different...from every other state in the union.
Massachusetts already has by forcing Catholic adoption services to place with gay couples. When the Church couldn't get a waiver they shut down those services completely.
