Next thing you know we will be hearing Heil Daley in Chicago and Seig Heil elsewhere in America if this thing isn’t stopped.

I repeat - never ever never ever let ANY LEO into your home without a warrant. The âif you have nothing to hideâ crew just doesnât get.

I would take guns away from cops. Statistically ALL cops would be safer if NO cops had guns. Fratricide in police departments is out of control. Not to mention suicide.
To: elpinta
that is why you store your “unrecorded” firearms in a different location. Nuf said.

This is a violation of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Amendments. There was no warrant and without a warrant, the intruding officer may be killed for home invasion. Chicago and Illinois are playing with fire. This will not go to the courts in time to save the lives that will be needlessly lost.

Chicagoans deserve every bit of abuse those jack booted fascists heap upon them because they have voted Democratic party line.
Ya ask fer it, Ya get it!

Yup you are correct - I am paranoid - not.

Lest one think that mere private arms mean nothing in an era of modern armies, consider that Russia has declaired “victory” in Chechnya at least five times.
Armed individuals DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! ! !

Most police forces operate just like gangs these days. For reference see the CHP.

Then do what you feel you need to do. Get training! Google gunsite (Col. Cooper’s place). A great place to learn if you can afford it.

I KNOW how corrupt and "above the law" the federal government is, but I think people have a false sense of security thinking their firearms give them any type of security against UNCLE SLAM. If you live in a city, chances are they can have several SWAT teams outside your door in a matter of minutes. They can destroy you with a letter, they don't need a gun. Once somebody in government puts out the order to get you nobody asks any questions. Most likely the questions will be asked AFTER you are under control and the mission is over.
As I have experienced, there is no one above them who can tell them what to do, only a long drawn out court case can stop them, and chances are they will appeal if they lose as the stress from a long battle takes its toll on you.

Making a false statement to a police officer is itself something they can jail you for.You make a good point of law. Knowing one's rights and how to exercise them is if utmost importance. Of course in my personal case the only guns they might have any paper on have been sold so if they are specific I can honestly say I don't own them. The bottom line with the law comes down to what they can prove but honesty is always the best policy and silence is often the best defense.

Notice many ATF raids on Crips headquarters lately? Neither have II don't know about the ATF but Denver LE arrested 150 crips from two gangs just yesterday. It hasn't exactly been the norm though as they are characterizing it as "the biggest gang bust in Denver history."

An FOID is the Firearm Owners Identification Card.
In Illinois it is illegal to possess or purchase any firearm, ammunition, powder, or primers without having a valid one in your possession.
Illinois and Cuba have a lot in common.
