No, haven’t updated that particular statement in awhile. Have posted similar sentiments many times since, though. Just above are two recent examples.
By the way, my 2003/2004 statement above was posted after the Iraq war started and we had a little mini war erupt here on FR. The Paleocons, Buchananites and Rockwellians, et al, all aligned themselves with the Democrats, French, Germans, Russians and Saddam Hussein against America. They couldn’t understand why they were getting banned for bashing Bush, bashing our war efforts and basically supporting the other side. The irony of this is, many of the now banned liberal Giuliani supporters/conservative bashers were cheering wildly as the Bush bashers were getting their heads handed to them. Guess perceived fairness all depends on whose ox is getting gored.
