I believe they knew in advance that their vote would not change the outcome so McCain continued campaigning. I got no idea why Graham skipped out on the vote.

IMO, there is no excuse not to be on record.

Defeatocrats Clinton and Obama are running, yet they somehow managed to show up for this vote. Republican Brownback is running, and he showed up. Funny how McVain chose to sidestep this vote.

Couldn't have said it better Republican Red. Graham & McCain have talked a good game but when we needed them they were AWOL.

Or were they out of town. (I totally agree with you, RR, about their need to go on record).
