I just called and the nice young dude asked my state (Ohio) and asked for my comment.
I said “VETO”
He replied “What”?
I said “VETO V-E-T-O”
He Asked “Veto What”?
I said “Veto that bill about to come across his desk — the Iraq Funding Bill”
He said thanks and that he would tell the President.
It took all of 30 seconds.
