Anyone who is reading this who supports the Insane, Racist War on (Some) Drugs AND claims to be a conservative/libertarian... I can't actually yell at you, so instead I will post in bold caps:

Too bad they have to be the fall guys for thier bosses who should also face conspiracy to commit murder or some similar charges. With that said, they did the deed, now it’s time for them to do the crime.
I’d like to see if these guys get sentences (if convicted at all) harsher or as harsh as Campeon and Ramos the border guards being held as political prisoners of the US Government.

Color me cynical, but I have a feeling these charges were designed to get the cops off. Don’t murder charges require proof of premeditation? I would think a manslaughter charge could easily be proved — I’m wondering if the murder charges are designed to make the DA look tough on the police while ensuring that they’ll skate on the killing...
The judge was deceived. He had no particular reason to believe there wasn’t probably cause given what the cops brought him in the way of evidence. Now if you were to make an argument that the whole system is a bit broken, I could agree with that.

A cop at the scene planted a bag of weed on the dead lady after the raid was over. They are as real of criminals as everyone else who murdered this lady....
1st degree murder requires premeditation as an element of proof. The police officers were indicted for felony murder-a death as the result of the commission of a felony. Were the act not a felony, then a simple manslaughter charge would be appropriate.
A truely dispicable and cynical act which fooled no one. Such behavior results in the significant erosion of confidence in the police by society. I hope the JBT who planted the marijuana is also tried.
