Imus was is a cranky old bastard surrounded by sycophants but most of it was schtick and a lot of it was funny especially when Larry Kenney and Rob Bartlett were involved.

At least it provided SOME humor in the morning to offset the Cable News freaks who run "nothing" stories hour after hour. Forget about the Mainstream Mummies

Cripes, earlier this week, Janice (no sense of humor) Dean who got fired on Imus and went to be a Weather Bunny on some cable network would have us believe that Doomsday was here if you heard her breathless "the tornados are coming" report.

If the media jumped on Imus and helped get him fired maybe they'll take on treason charges for Pelosi and Reid.
