a person can only be elected twice. if they serve in the capacity of president for more than 2 years, they can only be elected one more time.

absolutely.

so that puts things in an official light. but, since they acted arbitrarily and cutely in declaring themselves co-presidents, does that make hillary! unofficially in violation of the constitution, since she declared herself co-president but was not offically declared co-president and does that present a dilemna in that she was not elected officially as co-president but exercised power based on her unofficial, arbitrary, and capricious stint as copresident? (and so it goes, ad nauseum; these people know what they are doing and they do it well.)
