Are people not allowed to post positive impressions of Giuliani at Free Republic?

I'd like a ruling from the boss.

I have not heard Jim Robinson say that positive comments or impressions are banned, or that people who post positive impressions should be banned, but Reagan Man says yes.

What's the deal?

If I am banned from FR for my own views - I will miss it terribly.

I have met and engaged with some incredible people with incredible intellects on subjects from aviation, to fishing.
