Venture Scouting. Both used to be offered under the BSA, but now Exploring is under another org called Learning for Life. Exploring is more career oriented with lots of options: high adventure, SAR, law enforcement. My post back in the day was sponsored by a Nat'l Guard Artillery unit. Great fun. As far as I know, Venture Crews are pretty much all high adventure.
