I belive that is because President Bush doesn't want want to fly the white flag of surrender. Hillary does. God forbid she and Slick ever get back into The White House.

The President stands for victory. The Democrats stand for defeat. I don't see how you can compromise on those positions. The smartest woman in the world has no understanding of principle - and the President is taking a firm stand on behalf of our nation's highest interests. For the Democrats, its all about political advantage.
