Good grief. By the time the next president takes office there will be dozens of two-bit politicians setting their own foreign policies and negotiating their own treaties.

I guess if the Constitution doesn’t matter in some realms it is a short leap to states (and, heck, individuals too) usurping those powers ceded to the federal government.
