“If Hunter ever wants a real chance to be President, he’s going to have to start calling ‘em like it is!”

I missed the news on others calling Reid on the carpet. Please list all of the others who have said anything about Reid’s remark.

This may not be what you are looking for, but it is all I have at my finger tips.

"demoralizing to our troops, and just plain wrong" - Boehner
"Surely this isn’t the consensus position of SINate Demonrats."- McConnell
"I think that is irresponsible…" - VP Cheney
"There’s a good group of people in Washington, fair, decent, honorable people…we should never question anybody’s patriotism if they don’t happen to agree with the President." - President Bush

Reid's remarks?

I don't even think of that puke. My concern was Hunter's LOWBALLING of the number of people in the target population AlQaida was trying to kill.

He's gotta' get right with the numbers before the Dems start the old McCarthy stuff on him ~ and as you no doubt recall that concerned how many Commies were on his list and how many lists he had. The numbers changed from speech to speech. Dems didn't care about Commies ~ they were the Commies. The American people proved to be easy dupes for the criticism of changing numbers.

If Hunter ever wants to be President he's got to get the numbers down and stick with them, and only after he finds out what they are.

Also Senator Inhofe called on Reid to step down......’’Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid should be recalled by voters over his “un-American” remarks about the Iraq war, Sen. James Inhofe declared.

Speaking with NewsMax pundit Steve Malzberg on “Bill Bennett’s Morning in America” radio program Wednesday morning, Inhofe, an Oklahoma Republican, expressed outrage over Reid’s criticism of the Bush administration’s Iraq policy, his call for a timetable for withdrawal and his assertion that the Iraq war is “lost.”

Asked if the Nevada Democrat should resign from his leadership position because of his comments, Inhofe said: “I think it’s more serious than that. I think there should be a recall . . . for saying something as un-American as that.”

He also said: “But it would have to emanate from the people who elected him.

“I can’t imagine that something isn’t going to happen.”
