In yesterday's testimony when asked by Darryl Issa who the "they" were in her written testimony (ie: they mislead), she said it was the media.  She also said she didn't believe there was any larger conspiracy beyond the media.

In a one on one interview with Jessica Lynch, Newsweek reported this yesterday: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18297391/site/newsweek/

Julie Scelfo: Do you feel like you were exploited by the military?

Jessica Lynch: No, I don’t. I felt sort of like that in the beginning, yes. But now, four years later, I don’t.

Why is she testifying before Congress then, if this was a media concoction. By appearing in this manner, it gives the impression that the government is responsible for it.
