There IS global warming. I was listening to Hugh Hewitt last week and he had a guy on who has written a book to counter Al Gore vis a vis global warming. And he said what Rudy said. The earth is warmer by a tiny (teeny-tiny) bit - BUT the question IS "how much of it is happening because of natural climate changes and how much of it is happening because of human intervention." You are trying to make it sound like Rudy buys in to the Gore version of global warming, which he does not.
No, I'm not. Had you not cut off my excerpt of Rudy's quote, you would have seen the problem with his statement.

The debate is VERY MUCH necessary! Global warming is not "pollution" and the actions to regulate pollution are not the same as those for global warming. Global warming regulation is an effort to weaken the United States economy with unnecessary regulation, promoted by the UN and others. And the so-called "market based" approach of curbing global warming by implementation of a cap-and-trade program is nothing more than a global scam that abets those efforts and redistributing wealth in the process.
Please don't base your knowledge on Hugh Hewitt. There are many reputable sources of information available. Here is a good starting point.
Sorry, but Rudy does buy into the notion that the bulk of global warming is human-caused. And he's praised Ahnold's "progressive" approach to the problem.
