I bought a frozen pizza recently and see that it contains wheat gluten. I wonder if it’s an imported ingredient for pizza crusts, or if it’s a natural part of the crust-making process? I’m not going to eat it yet.

I believe all pizza contains gluten. That's how you get the chewy texture that's absent from Wonder bread.
