Why does the Marine brass continue to let their warriors die under ROE's that seem to exploit their weakness and not their strength? It appears the surge is dead, nothing has changed, suicide bombings continue, hundreds of Iraqi's continue to get slaughtered, Sadr still lives, Shiites and Sunnis' still battle, the Iraqi government is totally ineffective, violence seems to be spreading and all this is doing nothing but supporting the Dem claims that Bush is making a boondoggle of Iraq.
