I got to thinking about this last night, especially have hearing Hillary have the audacity to state SHE was going to clean up government -- intimating Bush has screwed up all corners of the gov; which was pretty balsy coming from a Clinton -- anyway, it dawns on me that the FDA is ineffectual, we learned during Katrina that FEMA is ineffectual and by extension HLS (and border patrol)... it appears to me the Justice Department isn't exactly a paragon of a well-oiled machine, I have grave doubts about the CIA/Intelligence arm of the governement..
What did I draw from my musing? We are very, very lucky something worse than 911 hasn't happened. Our Gov is TOO big and too inefficient... we are on our own.....
