It also does not make them “Liberal”. The last I checked, they were trusted members of this forum, not some DU Troll, but because they supported a certain candidate who they saw as a winner, they were labeled Liberals. Of course they stuck up for their views but they were singled out and some went over the edge in their attempts to defend their views.

I guess most any of us would do the same if we were singled out like that. In 2000 many of the Keyes and third party types, at the most radical end of the Right, were banned or had to change their tone.

None the less, they were good people and it alarms me to read many of the hateful and wrong things being said about them here lately. I know several of them personally, and it is just plain tragic to see this forum torn apart from the very core of what it used to represent.

Well, I'd suggest they don't bring a flaming abortionist, feminist, homosexualist, illegal alien loving, gun grabbing liberal in here and claim he's the next Ronald Reagan and the savior of conservatism. All the while tearing down Reagan and Bush and good conservative candidates and trying to justify abortion, gun grabbing, etc, just to make their flaming liberal look better. Even caught some trying to find fault with Thomas Jefferson and the founding fathers in an attempt to justify Giuliani's lack of character. You can put all the lipstick you want on a cross-dressing liberal pig, but she'd still be a cross-dressing liberal pig.

We can and will do much better than a liberal like Giuliani for the GOP nominee.
