When I was in the Physician’s Assistant program, many years ago, I worked with a doc who would write PPPPPT on a patient’s chart. He made me wait the full six weeks of the clinical rotation on his service before he told me it meant “piss poor protoplasm, poorly put together”! That’s how I feel some days!
