Im more of a realist. Me too. I have a choice--some of the pie or no pie. I'm going to choose some of the pie. You never get the whole pie, not even with Reagan. As we all know the American values/traditions of yesteryear are being ruined/trashed/ridiculed by leftists. All I can do is hold on to the little bit of it that is left for as long as I can and hope and pray that some charismatic, visionary conservative is out there laying in wait for beyond 2008. In the meantime, it does us no good at all to trash our country further by sitting things out or voting for a third party. JMO.

Sorry but this lesser of two the evils is pure nonsense Republicans try ed it in 06 and it failed really bad Regan,
couldn't’t give us the pie because he didn’t have a Republican congress to do it with. Having that being said if Republicans want to win they need leadership, principles, and vision, follow the Regan model they will win big time if not then there going to keep on losing You don’t use conservatism like a rug and then expect to be rewarded at ballot box.

Not only that, but I’m willing to share some of that pie with my new friend beaversmom, who “gets” it.
