What a revolting development ! Back in the mists of time, when I played Little League baseball, us kids couldn’t wait to “graduate” to the Pony League (I think this was age 13 and above) where you could use an aluminum bat. I seemed to me that I could react faster with the lighter bat but I don’t think I hit the ball any harder. One of Newton’s laws probably applies here...
