Hillary should be defeated, the sooner the better. If they can eliminate her in the Dem primaries, then we won't have to deal with her in the general election.
IMHO, Obama is less dangerous than Hillary. He has fewer connections to power, and is less experienced. He will also be easier to defeat in the generals.
If Obama can get rid of the beast in the primaries, that will save us a lot of work.
