To post #399 I should have added...unless you chose a 2nd amendment option.

The GOP, which WILLINGLY AND JOYFULLY accepted Bloomy into their ranks, would have excoriated him if he did. Can’t have it both ways, my FRiend.

I know. In fact, back in the day, it was considered beyond respectable to use that word. However, we are not back in the day and I feel uncomfortable using it in these PC times.
However, the word that bugs me is African-American. What’s with that stuff?
I’m all for calling people what they want to be called, even teenagers who want to change their names to Tiffany or Heather, but I refuse to use that phony and incorrect appellation, African-American. Obama certainly isn’t one.

Well that is his problem, isn’t it. He had a choice. It’s called leadership.

Let’s stop all the BS and be honest. Those of us here at FR (those that have an ounce of brains anyway) will vote for whoever the Reps. nominate...if for no other reason than to keep either the Beast or O’bambi out of the WH. In my lifetime I’ve only had the pleasure of actually voting FOR a candidate twice. Every other vote was AGAINST an unthinkable alternative.

FWIW, I won’t vote for a RINO. ‘Rats. RINOs. To my mind there’s not a ha’penny’s worth of difference between ‘em. I wouldn’t trust either any farther than I could throw one. And that’s what it’s about, for me anyway: trust.
