Bush will veto, Dems will blame Bush... How will the American people react? Will they care?? Whom will they punish?? In a rational world, Dems would suffer badly cutting our troops off at the knees. But...??
Apr 23 12:24 PM US/Eastern | By DAVID ESPO | AP Special Correspondent
WASHINGTON (AP) - Defying a fresh veto threat, the Democratic-controlled Congress will pass legislation within days requiring the start of a troop withdrawal from Iraq by Oct. 1, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Monday.
The legislation also sets a goal of a complete pullout by April 1, he said.
In remarks prepared for delivery, Reid said that under the legislation the troops that remain after next April 1 could only train Iraqi security units, protect U.S forces and conduct "targeted counter- terror operations."
Reid spoke a few hours after Bush said he will reject any legislation along the lines of what Democrats will pass. "I will strongly reject an artificial timetable (for) withdrawal and/or Washington politicians trying to tell those who wear the uniform how to do their job," the president said.

"George Weber on wabc this morning said instead of using ‘black face’ Hillary Clinton uses ‘black voice’ when she’s in front of a black audience..." "Black Voice", now that is a good one.
For the life of me I can't understand why the NAACP is allowing her to get away with this.
Can you imagine any Republican candidate using this and getting away with it?

“The slayings followed three forums Friday on how to stem the city’s problem. The year’s homicide count is 127.”
Forums are the city’s number one deterent to violent crime. /s
Emergency rooms have been overwelmed with the number of killers out there who have been injured by forums. /ms

Negro is not the N-word.
It was never used derogatorily.
It is merely repeating the LA Times article’s title.

For the life of me I can't understand why the NAACP is allowing her to get away with this. It's because racism is an intrinsic part of the Democrat Party, without which they couldn't get elected. Institutionalized discrimination against white men (aka affirmative action), the belief that minorities can't compete successfully without help from liberals, remarks like "Hymietown"--it's all okay if you're a Democrat.
I know you know this--I'm just answering your rhetorical statement.
