It’s too bad so many FReepers are pointing out that I can’t get a fair trial from them for something like this based on their knee-jerk comments. Either that or Nifong has a whole lot of FR accounts.
No matter what evil exists in the world, the state should still have to prove a felony case beyond a reasonable doubt.

The state should have to prove it with out the use of theatrics and NO hiding or tampering with evidence. Then, if the state can prove it with all the cards on the table, hang ‘em.
No blippin’ argument here. If I ever become accused of anything and the jury pool is being questioned I am first going to enquire if they post here on FR and then look at their comments to find the ones who did not come into the courthouse with the rope all ready for the noose.
