Per Fox news, the feds will probably also pursue charges of a felon having a gun. If convicted on that count he also faces life in prison because of the 3rd strike.

Here some late news from newswire.
“However, Hinson testified during the six-day trial that the girls had consensual sex with him. He said they made up the story so they would be able to take drugs from the underground room, which he used to store marijuana.
The two young women were not in the courtroom when Hinson was acquitted. Their mothers wept.
If convicted, Hinson had faced a mandatory life sentence without parole under the state’s two-strikes law because he was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl in 1991.
The underground room was about the length and width of a mid-sized car with a ceiling about 4 1/2 feet high. Hinson testified Sunday that he had built the room over two years.
Defense attorney Rick Hoefer spent 2 hours going over inconsistencies in the case.”
I only know one thing for sure:
If I’m ever accused of a crime, I want that damn defense attorney representing me.

so a guy buying drugs is a trusted witness now?
like I've suspected, many people want the rape victims DEAD before convicting a rapist....the burden of proof is so high....

I guess lots of people have underground bunkers that contain a sexual dungeon where family and friends come over for a few hours of degradation, torture and what-not.
It’s called “Moral Relativism”.

No, it is called “San Francisco”...

That's just where moral relativism is practiced.
Point well made, though.

So the kidnap/rape story was bogus. They will probably re-file charges concerning his drug stash...All right, It's a fair cop...

No one said you did not have a right to comment on it. That does not mean your comments will be free of challenge. What information do you base your decison on wast he question.

What decision? To think that OJ is guilty? DNA for one.
In the dungeon case, the jury never got to hear that the creep had a previous conviction for rape of a young girl. And other evidence was pretty convincing - the DA summarized it on O'Reilly?? There should be a transcript if you are still interested.
