I don’t think it helps if the media focuses on it. They are so consumed by it that they go from one segment to another hashing and rehashing each detail.

This fixation is not new.

My grandmother was petrified of Indians. I traced it to constant dinner table conversation of the Indian massacres in Minnesota in 1880.

Liberals are terrified of guns...why is that!
Guns are designed to kill animals and people which is why they are used in wars. Liberals are afraid of wars because wars kill people. Why are there always so many wars...because people want to kill other people who they disagree with. Liberals just don't understand that guns serve a useful purpose, people who hate others and kill some of them will use a gun to kill themselves, thusly removing a dangerous threat to society. If they used anything else, they would kill a lot more!
