As we speak, Bush and Cheney are in danger of getting impeached and doing nothing about it. Bush is being vilified and demonized much like Nixon was. Rudy would be ripping them new ones over this.
On what grounds? I think before that would happen, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid would have to face treason charges.
He would not be in danger of that since his beliefs are like the democrats. Why would they be critical of one of their own?
