He’s not dense, it’s just his tactic.
Basically his goal is the abolition of abortion (a stated ideal to be reached when zeniths of science and ethics are reach in the projected yr of 3023 lol)
*But his policy (where the rubber meets the road) is that he supports abortion on demand.
