Get it through your thick skull. Rudy is a flaming socialist. He’s unfit to run as a Republican.

I’m still waiting for you to point out where I’ve lied about your position. You know, I’m such a liar and all, it shouldn’t be difficult to do.

And, btw, I do not go on other threads and trash Republican presidential candidates. I leave that to you and the Rudy haters.

It’s most interesting to me that there are freepers who have said they will vote for Hillary before they vote for Rudy. But Rudy supporters are called the RINOS. Well, only on Free Republic, that is. The real world Republicans don’t talk that way. Thank goodness.

Get it through your thick skull. Rudy is a flaming socialist. He’s unfit to run as a Republican.

Rudy started off as a Bobby Kennedy supporter, graduated to George McGovern in '72, and has ALWAYS leaned to the left, he has ALWAYS supported the 'right' of a woman to murder her unborn child, underwritten with federal funding, he has always been favorably inclined to supporting homosexuals, he is NO friend of the Second Amendment (never was), he moved into the mayor's office when NYC had a budget surplus, he left the city billions in debt, he promised to cut the city workforce, he HIRED 25,000 more workers, and when he left, NYC had more people working for it than at any other time in it's history.

When asked if he were a 'Reagan Republican', Rudy made a point of responding with "I'm a Republican". By his OWN ADMISSION, his policies are closer to those of the Clintons and the 'Rat Party, and to drive it home, Rudy chose to support Mario Cuomo instead of his OWN PARTY's nominee, George Pataki for Governor.

Now Rudy or any of his apologists can make whatever excuses they want, but the fact is, he has been at BEST a lukewarm, tepid Republican, he barely offered any true support for the GOP ticket in '96, and his disdain for the conservative principles of what was once called the 'Party of Reagan' is clear and on display.

Of course being the political season, Rudy is now trying to wrap himself in Reagan's legacy, but how can we believe anything he says, especially after a LIFETIME of being a gung-ho supporter of abortion 'rights', he suddenly announces that he AGREES with the SCOTUS ban on partial birth abortion handed down last week?!?

The fact is, were it not for 9/11, Rudy would never even have been considered a serious candidate for the presidency.
