Your post was handy because it was the last one on the thread before I posted, and you seem to be enjoying the bloodfest.
Maybe I was wrong about that. Maybe you’re trying to rein it in. 8000 posts is a lot to wade through.
Even your response to me here indicates that you favor some sort of “cleansing” at FR, so I don’t think I’m all that far off the mark. My apologies if I am.
I may have to amend my comments. After seeing what in the Sam Hill just went on, I think that guy was the perfect zot target. But I don’t take glee in seeing long term freepers getting the boot; I simply do not understand why someone would spend so many years on a forum that, when it comes right down to it, they never really did agree with the founding principles. That’s basically being a long term, undercover troll. Some of these zottees are Iscariopublicans — they’ve cozied up to the leadership, gone along with everyone else, and then at the first sight of silver, betrayed the cause. No one remembers betrayers fondly.
