Okay, I get your point. Reagan focused on a limited number of issues, but in the end, his successes covered a multitude of issues. There is nothing wrong with debate among conservatives and we shouldn't be limiting that debate to 4 issues. The liberals didn't limit themselves when they began their leftwing crusade back in the 1960`s. Conservatives shouldn't limit their agenda today. That plays right into the hands of liberals and Democrats. Conservatives need to be broad based and proactive.

I'm not so sure those three publications are as conservative today, as they once were.

By all means, we will debate. I look forward to debating the relative strengths/weaknesses of Hunter, Thompson, Huckabee, Brownback, Romney etc. This time consuming effort to sack Rudy is an unfortunate necessity.
