“Apparently you didn’t see our Ohio results in the last election. The solid conservatives got their clocks cleaned. And it was NOT because conservatives didn’t turn out, but because a lot of “middle” or “indies” voted the other way.”

Could it be that the Ohio GOP had problems totally unrelated to following the party platform?

Did the Ohio voters reject the Republican party platform, or did they reject those that weren’t following it?

You really are missing the point here. It wasn’t anything to DO with the “platform.” It was the candidates who got crushed, and they were extremely conservative. DeWine had an ACU rating of 86, and Blackwell was far, far more conservative than him.
