He will not be missed. It seems like JimRob's not just going for the Rudybots. Zarf and Central Scrutinizer were anti-christian bigots. On a board where atheists and agnostics who are civil and friendly are well-represented, we didn't need that kind of crap.
Central Scrutiniser (note it’s “ser” not “zer”) was not banned, that was a mistake on an earlier version of my list.
