I know, I was surprised by that. But for a ‘newbie’, he was pretty “veteran-like”, I’m betting he was a banned person sneaking back in. I don’t remember seeing him say anything untoward, or seeing the moderators say anything, but he is banned.

I too suspect that he was a retread. Don't know who he was, but management has NO tolerance for retreads. None.
