Oh please, he was the freaking mayor of the city that suffered the worst ever attack on US soil.

Face it, you hate him, I get it. Others don’t, and they have the right to support him and vote for him. Its that whole liberty thing.
Whoa. I don’t even know the man. I hate some of the stuff he has done (quite a lot actually), but hold no animous towards the man at all. I would not invite him into my house, because he has proven his character - but I don’t see that ever coming up.
I simply posted my observation. How many funerals did he go to (I believe that the answer is ‘all but one’)? How many of those were televised on ‘local’ stations? The answer to that is ‘all of them’. I would wager that the mayor even had the temerity to help schedule the greiving for the families in order to make his schedule.
That, to me, is grandstanding of the highest order. I would bet money that he had a few words to say at several of those ‘appearances’. He leveraged tragedy into a bid for the White House.
