So, are you saying that you agree that the Constitution protects innocent human life?

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments protect human life against the federal government. It is the Ninth Amendment that says, unalienable rights not enumerated do exist and it is the Tenth Amendment that says these non enumerated rights are best protected by the states.

So, are you saying that you agree that the Constitution protects innocent human life?

LOL! Perhaps I'm not being clear.

The Fifth and the Fourteenth Amendments protect human life against the federal (and state) government.

The Ninth and the Tenth Amendment protects human life from all by giving the states and local governments powers, such as the powers to prohibit abortion.

And if I'm not mistaken, most states prohibited abortions by law right up until Roe v. Wade.
