The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments protect human life against the federal government. It is the Ninth Amendment that says, unalienable rights not enumerated do exist and it is the Tenth Amendment that says these non enumerated rights are best protected by the states.
Idiotic. The Fourteenth Amendment clarifies the Fifth Amendment, and couldn't be clearer on this subject.. Don't you know how to read?
Section 1 of the 14th Amendment states that no state shall abridge rights protected by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The 5th and the 14th clearly talk about protecting life against the federal government with out due process -- and it says nothing further on the subject.
Your interpretation is circular and -- idiotic.
Are you trying to argue that the Constitution doesn’t protect innocent human life?
