I gave you his words on the subject. I doubt anything I could say would change your mind.
But, I will point out that Walter Williams made similar academic comments:

Yes, his words from before the election. As Ms. Malkin so adequately pointed out, Keyes did a 180 turn while running for office and suddenly supported slave reparations.
So are you saying that now that he's not trying to buy votes he doesn't support slave reparations any longer?
