To the best of my knowledge, Rudy Giuliani is the most liberal candidate to ever run for the GOP nomination. Rudy is way more liberal then even Gerald Ford. In 1992, Bush41 went liberal on taxes and conservatives didn't vote for him.

As a conservative Democrat in 1952 and 1956, Ronald Reagan voted for Eisenhower. Still a conservative Democrat in 1960, Reagan voted for Nixon. Reagan then said the Democratic Party had become to liberal for his politics and he became a Republican. This sounds very similar to what conservative Republicans are faced with today.

Taken everything into consideration, Rudy Giuliani would be the worse candidate for conservatives. He doesn’t represent what conservatism stands for, or even what Republicanism is all about.

Rudy is the wrong man for the job.

I have read a lot about Giuliani. I know his accomplishments. I don’t believe you know him as well as you think, then maybe you do. I’m not pushing him. I’m not out campaigning for him. My point was everyone has an opinion. If they like Rudy, they are not liberals. They are not the enemy. Liberals are. This, I do believe was my main point. We need to unit. Not fight within.
