"I dont think this is all about one election, like so many do. I think this is about saving a republic that is slowly but surely being lost to the socialists.
And we wont save it without powerful, authentic, courageous voices for our cause. How many of those do you know of? List them, and make sure theyre folks who have scars on their bodies from their longterm commitment to the fight."
On these points, we do not disagree.
In the meantime, what do you think Keyes chances are of winning the general election and taking the fight, to completion, to the Islamofascists?

I don’t think Keyes is even in, nor has he talked about being in.

In the meantime, what do you think Keyes chances are of winning the general election and taking the fight, to completion, to the Islamofascists? I think it is far past time for conservatives to stop listening to the voices of those who are making wholly subjective claims about electibility, and to start at the beginning and choose leaders based on who would do the best job of restoring and defending our republic. Then do what it takes to convince the American people and win. Unlike many, even here, I believe that the conservative message, properly presented, is a winning message. Go take a look at the Reagan electoral map.
I've made it clear on my homepage who I think is the most qualified to the task.
One of the reasons that Republicans are losing is that they are not leading, primarily because most of our "leaders" do not have the courage of their claimed convictions. They're a bunch of wimpy cowards, at best.
And it isn't currently getting any better. Most of what I'm hearing out of this entire presidential cast of characters is pure dreck. Blah.

You sure love your hypothetical non sequiturs. Some people call them position traps.
