Wonderful. Guess I’d better start loading up on duct tape and plastic sheeting.

The FBI said there's no indication the plant employee training software had any terrorist connections. This is the all-time stupid quote of the day. This guy flew to Iran to give them nuclear information but there's no evidence of terrorist connections?! ANYTHING connected to Iran is a connection to terrorism.

‘Mohammad Alavi’
profiling would have helped... wait.. that’s racist! right?

Hiring Mohammedans to work at our nation's nuclear power plants may not be the best idea, to understate the matter.
If convicted, he would face up to 21 months in prison.
Slap on the wrist.

Mohammad Alavi Yup, Mohammad of course. But you have to hire islamics because CAIR will sue you for discrimination if you don't.

” FBI said there was no evidence to suggest the software access was linked to the Iranian government,”
Well, this statment is pretty stupid too.

This is the all-time stupid quote of the day.
I couldn't agree more.

Check out this idiocy of the Power plant operator and its contractors....here’s a clue: Alavi’s most important associations - family, home, business investment, intended employment and future plans - ARE ALL WITH IRAN, NOT the United States.”

If its not going to be used , in Iran, by a foreign government, or terrorists who is going to use it? Is there a private nuclear industry in Iran?
Was he going showing somebody the plans just for fun?
He can face up to 21 months?!?! How long did the border agents get for doing there job?
Outraged? You best I’m outraged!

Yep, another Wen Ho Lee sentence. And authorities will “accidentally” botch the case so that he won’t do 5 minutes in prison, won’t have to do his probation, and be paid 18 months back-pay.
To: Brian Mosely
that’s not surprising.
i’ve worked with and for persians.

Yep, I just assumed that they meant that the perp had no terrorist connections because the sentence, as written, makes no sense.

I find this statement absolutely incredible: “The investigation has not led us to believe this information was taken for the purpose of being used by a foreign government or terrorists to attack us,” said Deborah McCarley, a spokeswoman for the FBI in Phoenix.”
