Don’t know this story. Was the perp who was shot about to throw a rock at the vehicle? Looks that way. Was he killed?I don't know where he intended to throw the rock. Like you said, it appears in the video he was about to throw it at the vehicle. If you look closely at the vid you can see shadowy movement in the driver's side window. I believe there was an agent in the vehicle that was about to be hit.
