I mean that if someone chooses to be a criminal then that is their choice as a responsible individual. It has nothing to do with economics or environment. If it is in someone’s nature to commit crime then they will do so, with or without government intervention. In fact, government intervention makes matters worse, as it effectively rewards criminals.
