Jim McGreevey yesterday shot back at his estranged wife - who claimed in bombshell divorce papers that the gay ex-gov lets their young daughter sleep overnight in bed with him and his boyfriend......she also accuses her soon-to-be-ex of displaying a "life-sized" photo of a male nude model in his bedroom.....featured in Blue, a gay men's magazine, Dina called the photograph "totally inappropriate" and "yet another example of [McGreevey's] poor judgment and deficient parenting skills." In court papers, Dina also:
* Claimed that Jim took Jacqueline to an out-of-state media event without her knowledge, and "put his daughter's safety and welfare at risk, just as he did [to New Jersey citizens] when he appointed Golan Cipel as homeland security adviser." McGreevey has said he and Cipel were lovers.
* Insisted she's not homophobic, and said Jim's "insinuation that I am" is "an outrage"
* Claims Jim isn't kicking in his share of Jacqueline's $995-a-month preschool.
....citing safety concerns for their daughter, Dina has asked the court to seal their divorce records.

Oh please. I’m so tired of the Father being the one that is always portrayed as the monster. Kim Basinger made him jump though hoops and this betrayal of the court order is outrageous. I don’t like Baldwin, but I don’t like people being unfairly portrayed in the media either. From what I’ve read about her, she may be crazier than he is. We don’t know the context of why he said what he said, he apologized and I think we should get the benefit of the doubt. I just can’t stand that we think we know people and we can judge their life based on a few utterances. It’s dangerous, it’s cruel and it’s just plain unfair.

You're just noticing that?
I think that both Basinger and Baldwin are slime, and in reality they probably deserve each other. Hopefully the kid can grow up normal despite her parents.
More than a few utterances - it's a clear pattern. This man will explode on someone, someday.
"Despite the fact Cory Lidle died in an airplane accident causing the police and fire authorities to close off the street, Alec Baldwin felt he was above the law and decided to scream at the police officers for not letting him through."

I know, It is bad enough finding out your spouse cheats on you. I can’t imagine how awful she must have felt when she found out about his filthy sexcapades. And then to have it all played out in public.
And yet, he portrays himself as a victim. Sick b*st**d. I hope she gets real mean!!
BTW! How have you been? Haven’t seen much of you lately! Been busy with the fund raising?
I have never spoken to my child or grandchild in a similar manner, nor have I ever posted to any FREEPER like that either.
And as far as being "rude" is concerned, I suggest that you look at your posts and then into the mirror, to see whom you are really talking about.
Thank you P-Y-W!
I do NOT excuse Baldwin for his disgusting, infantile, menacing behavior to his child. What he did was inexcusable and a form of child abuse!
I can’t believe we all get to sit around and talk about Alec Baldwin’s parenting skills. I think it’s sick.
Looks like you're the one that's still "sittin' around, talkin' about it". Why don't you just move to another, more "intellectually satisfying" thread?
New Jersey voters shoulda elected Schundler...
There are two things that stood out in Baldwin’s message.
1) He knew it was being recorded and spewed anyway.
2) He acknowledged he was leaving a message for an “11 or 12” year old child. There was no attempt to backpedal, apologize or relent - he went at her with both barrels.
This, IMHO, is NOT an isolated incident. Baldwin’s rants, wanting to stone Henry Hyde and his family, are good examples of a man who needs some psychotherapy.
I only pray that Steven can knock some sense into him while there’s still time.
