Jim McGreevey yesterday shot back at his estranged wife - who claimed in bombshell divorce papers that the gay ex-gov lets their young daughter sleep overnight in bed with him and his boyfriend......she also accuses her soon-to-be-ex of displaying a "life-sized" photo of a male nude model in his bedroom.....featured in Blue, a gay men's magazine, Dina called the photograph "totally inappropriate" and "yet another example of [McGreevey's] poor judgment and deficient parenting skills." In court papers, Dina also:
* Claimed that Jim took Jacqueline to an out-of-state media event without her knowledge, and "put his daughter's safety and welfare at risk, just as he did [to New Jersey citizens] when he appointed Golan Cipel as homeland security adviser." McGreevey has said he and Cipel were lovers.
* Insisted she's not homophobic, and said Jim's "insinuation that I am" is "an outrage"
* Claims Jim isn't kicking in his share of Jacqueline's $995-a-month preschool.
....citing safety concerns for their daughter, Dina has asked the court to seal their divorce records.

However, if I were the mother, I would not have released it since it only further embarrasses the child. But maybe there are things I missed since I have not followed this story closely.
That said, I see nothing wrong that people take an interest in this topic. Gossip provides a distraction from the many tragic stories in the news.
You’re using faulty reasoning. You’re defending the father because you seem to dislike the mother. Maybe they both have problems but that isn’t the issue. The issue here is the father has a history of abuse and violent language. It was the father who threatened to cross the country to do something against the child. That wouldn’t make much of a difference with someone who has shown a loving care for that child. It changes when the person has a history of suspected spousal abuse, threats against public officials and a recorded attack against a photographer. Those facts have to be considered.
